As the leader of the free world, the United States cannot discharge its responsibilities without (i)- calling Putin’s bluff on the nuclear blowout (ii)- showing authoritarian China its “own” place (iii)- Inculcate political responsibility in the largest democracy in India (iv)- Cause violent tremors in theocratic authoritarian Muslim countries (v)- Bring Israel to the field (vi)- Rule over monetary looting of United States (vii)- Understand the importance of ideology and the rule of law (national and international) for the success of any political order (viii)- Introduce the mechanism of ‘international political parties’ (ix )- Realizing that India is the key to the victory of the US-led West in Cold War II of ‘liberal western democracy’ over ‘authoritarian Chinese democracy’.
–Although the defeat of the US-sponsored resolution on February 25 (on Ukraine and against the Russian aggressor where Russia vetoed and China, India and the United Arab Emirates abstained ) is not the first time that the veto of permanent members and the votes of other members of the UN Security Council” (UNSC) have shown despicable apathy towards the suffering of the innocent, but the case of the Ukraine is different. Now the proposed UNGA drama (which is toothless) makes no sense when it comes to providing relief and relief to the beleaguered people of Ukraine. The United States thinks the rest of the world is so foolish or naive that they will accept the preposterous and malicious argument of the United States that they are not putting American boots on the ground in Ukraine against the invasion of Russia because Ukraine is not a member of NATO. The United States should rather know that the rest of the world still remembers that under international law (forget NATO), the United States has a legal responsibility to protect independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine under the mandate of the “Budapest Memorandum”.
This is the second time in the 21st century that the United States has failed in its responsibility to lead the free world in a way that has plunged the entire world into immense suffering and hardship. The first was during the financial crisis (known as the subprime mortgage crisis) of 2007-08 born out of the traditional isolationist mentality (and now mobility aversion) when the United States started giving money to corporations other countries. And where the United States, instead of sending Americans all over the world to work in American companies (to overcome the problem of relatively expensive labor in the United States), the United States preferred bridging the hundreds of billions of dollars a year trade deficit with China by accepting Chinese loans in the US housing sector in a way (with no equity/margin money in the loan) that goes to the against the very wisdom of all mankind, which has known the lending industry for thousands of years.
Today, this Ukrainian crisis is the result of another fatal malaise (in addition to the isolationism also shown by the refusal of the United States to former American President Wilson to join the “League of Nations” after the First World War and which was the main cause of the Second World War) from which the United States suffers, namely the racial prejudices that the United States inherited from its colonial master, the British. – [It is pertinent to understand that the Britishers lost its largest and most important empire in India (which despite its many mistakes and injustices in India was benefiting India immensely by way of not only bringing modern knowledge and institutions to India but also by bringing vast united-India under one political authority) for the simple reason that Britishers were racially prejudiced to the extent that they didn’t give equal rights to even Anglo-Indians and didn’t launch their political party in India and instead foolishly left politics (the ‘dirty’ work) in the hands of political humbugs like Gandhi, Jinnah, Nehru, Patel, Suhrawardy, Liaquat Ali, etc who were so politically immature that they trifurcated the motherland. As far as the then Congress leaders are concerned the then US President FDR said when Congress launched ‘Quit India movement’ during the War – “Do you want fascist Hitler to win?”].
Now, without going into specifics, suffice it to say that to make amends rather as an atonement, the United States should immediately do the following:-
(1)- There is no time or sense (when innocent people are dying, bleeding and suffering in Ukraine) to enter the context of the global crisis over Ukraine (as mentioned at https://www .pakistanchristianpost.com/exclusive-reports-details/204 or
https://chauthiduniya.com/christian-world-of-russia-and-west-led-by-usa-may-mischievously-succeed-in-triggering-another-world-war-this-time-nuclear-about- Ukraine/ ). Instead, the United States should now (with NATO or otherwise) immediately put adequate boots on the ground in Ukraine to expel Russia and its military by force from Ukraine (which is also necessary to call Putin’s bluff that threatens nuclear war if the United States intervenes militarily in Ukraine).
(2)- The United States should immediately declare that it is launching a world body “The United Nations of Secular Democracies” (UNSD) in which there will be no right of veto for any member and each member country will have one right voting commensurate with its contribution of men (especially martial), money and material (especially martial) and its human rights record. Countries without secularism or without democracy can become members of the UNSD but their voting power will be reduced according to the said formula. As far as the current UN is concerned, the United States can either dismantle it or let it wither away and die a natural death in due course. At least Prez Biden (as a seasoned politician) should bear in mind that the United States fought its Revolutionary War in 1776 primarily on the principle of “no taxation without representation”. So how can the United States expect the remaining 193 countries in the UN (where only 5 countries have veto power) to share the burden of global political order without having any representation in the crucial voting mechanism of the UN (at the UNSC)?
(3)- The United States should declare that it will establish the mechanism of “international political parties” (IPP) which (i)- will operate in UNSD member countries (ii)- will be based on democracy secular and (iii)- Must be registered with the ‘UNSD Electoral Commission’.
(4)- The United States should realize that a substantial number of people, even in the developing world, want a secular democracy respectful of human rights (which is the sine qua non for the progress of the powerful modern science and technology). But the vested interests of the medieval mentality do not allow this on the ground. Therefore, without empowering progressives on the ground through enforceable human rights (as enshrined in the UN ICCPR) by the “mandatory protocol” MP-1 instead of the “optional protocol OP-1 meaningless and toothless of the UN (even by the military intervention of UNSD through the mechanism of the UNSD – Commission on Human Rights and National and State Commission on the Human Rights of member countries of the UNSD), the modern world political order is meaningless.
(5)- The United States should declare that after Ukraine, the UNSD’s first priority will be to resolve the following three chronic issues that have negatively affected the majority of humanity:-
(i)- (A)- The UNSD will work for the “dual citizenship” of approximately 160 million Hindus. Sikhs and Muslims (and their descendants) who were forcibly displaced from their homeland during partition [from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh when united India was a member of the UN (on the soil of the USA) even before India’s so-called independence]. This not only completely communalized the Indian subcontinent but also made the partition of India illegal as there was no provision on population transfer in the ‘Independence Act of India 1947 “. In addition, the United States should declare that the UNSD will watch (militarily if necessary) if India, Pakistan and Bangladesh fail to ensure law and order for those Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs who go there with “dual nationality”
(B)- The UNSD will ensure plebiscites in the united J&K (mandated by the IoA of the J&K to India) and in Balochistan (whose IoA was taken by Pakistan through military pressure despite its resolution to the contrary Parliament/Jirga).
(C)- The United States should know that the UNSD will become a resounding success in no time (due, in addition to 4 (i) A and B mentioned above), if most of the democracy India’s 1.4 billion secular backs her. This has NOW become very easy because Indian politicians (whether in power or in opposition) simply don’t care about the economically humble population of India who are overwhelmingly majority and it is precisely here that the UNSD can help. The United States should declare that the UNSD must guarantee (through the “United Nations Convention against Corruption”) the recovery of approximately 1,000 trillion rupees from approximately 1 million tax evaders, as mentioned at https://english.newsnationtv.com/article/121125-news -nation-disclosure-on-blackmoney-kharabpati-farmers-take-agriculture-route-t.html and https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business /india-business/Prominent-people-hiding-taxable-income-Jaitley/articleshow/51408323.cms [Two third of India is fully or partly dependent on farm income and farmers were committing suicide in hundreds of thousand due to non-remunerative prices of farm produce hence presently they are agitating for mainly the ‘Legally Enforceable Minimum Support Price’. With this huge State capital of Rs 1,000 Trillion the IPP can not only solve the problems of farmers but huge unemployment in India can also be removed by the IPP through rapid economic progress of India].
(ii) – Unlike the Indo-Pakistan dispute (which is political, on united-J&K), the Indochina dispute is legal, therefore the United States should declare that the UNSD will ensure that the Indochina border dispute is resolved through the “UNSD Judicial”. Commission’ bearing in mind the human rights (in accordance with the UN ICCPR) of Tibetans.
(iii)- The United States should declare that the UNSD must ensure that the Israeli-Palestinian problem is resolved according to the one-state solution where all displaced Palestinians will be allowed to be citizens of this State of Israel-Palestine .
(6)- The United States should declare that it will manufacture the US dollar, the currency of the member countries of the UNSD, with proper safeguarding of the assets of the currency (which has become very easy nowadays thanks to the backup even precious metals due to most of the possible online banking). The central bank for this currency will be at the UNSD and its branches in each UNSD member country. It is hoped that the United States will understand that in addition to a world political order without a world currency, globalization (which is imperative due to the unprecedented advancements in modern science and technology, especially in the computer sector) is not possible.
